What We Do

LL Global Trade LLC is registered in Florida, operates a U.S. business bank account, and conducts all transactions in U.S. dollars. We source directly from Chinese manufacturers and sell to Brazilian companies under standard international commercial agreements.

Brazilian buyers handle their own import clearance, duties, and compliance through their licensed customs brokers. We supply the product, the documentation, and the coordination.

Our Role

We act as buyer of record on the U.S. side — purchasing from China, issuing commercial invoices to Brazilian buyers, and coordinating freight and documentation.

Your Responsibility

Brazilian buyers are responsible for all import duties, RADAR, SISCOMEX, and regulatory compliance. We recommend working with a licensed Brazilian customs broker.

How It Works

You Send Your Requirements

Product specs, quantity, and target price. We handle all communication with Chinese manufacturers in English and Mandarin.

We Source and Negotiate

We engage verified manufacturers to obtain pricing and samples. You approve before any purchase order is placed.

Agreement and Payment

We issue a commercial invoice from LL Global Trade LLC to your company. You pay us in USD. We pay the supplier from our U.S. account.

Shipment and Delivery

Goods ship from China to Brazil with full documentation. Your customs broker handles Brazilian import clearance, duties, and delivery.

You send the product, specification, and desired volume. We source verified manufacturers in Yiwu, Ningbo, Guangzhou, and other industrial hubs. We request samples and compare options before you decide.

02 · Local Negotiation

We speak China

All communication with the factory is handled in English or Mandarin, direct on our side. We handle MOQ, timelines, packaging, private label, and any technical specification your product requires.

03 · Payment in USD

You pay us

We issue a commercial invoice from LL Global Trade LLC to your company. You pay us in USD via international wire. We pay the factory from our U.S. account — you don't deal with FX or Chinese banks.

04 · Full Documentation

Your import is safe

Contract, invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and wire receipts — everything ready for smooth Brazilian import clearance. Your customs broker receives a closed package, no puzzle to solve.
